To refund the products, please email info@menkumizhi.com and address your issues or concerns. We will evaluate and take further action.
Please provide us with the order number which you received in your email. That is very important for us to verify the order details.
We always send very fresh snacks to our customers as we haven’t stock any snacks. Whenever the order comes, we start buying the snacks, pack them and ship them. So we are 99% sure that our products do not have any issues with the quality.
Grievances shared with any deadline or without mandatory information will not be addressed.

Cancellations Policy
Please call us to cancel the order before we pack your product(s). Usually, we pack the products on the day. So we request you to call us at 2 – 5 hours once you have placed the order. Once the item is been packed and shipped, we can’t cancel the orders and are not able to refund the cash.
A full refund will be given in the case of cancellations.
